Pretoria, South Africa – The Nigerian High Commissioner to South Africa, Mohammed H. Manta, conducted a farewell ceremony at the South African Department of International Relations and Cooperation (DIRCO). The event was attended by Dr. Naledi Pandor, South Africa’s Minister of International Relations and Cooperation, as well as the Consul General of Nigeria, His Excellency Andrew N. Idi, and the Acting High Commissioner of Nigeria in Pretoria, Mr. Mike Okwudili.
