Short Visit Visas allow travelers to visit Nigeria for a period not exceeding three months.

TOURISM
Tourism Visa – F5A
Tourism Visa is a single-entry visa issued for the purpose of tourism in Nigeria

Eligibility
- All foreign Nationals except citizens of ECOWAS Member State Cameroonians and Chadians and other countries with which Nigeria has entered into visa abolition/waiver agreements
Requirements
- Passport valid for at least 6 months with at least 2 blank visa pages for endorsement
- Two (2) recent passport sized (35x40mm) photographs
- Return Ticket
- Evidence of Sufficient funds
- Evidence of hotel reservation/host address in Nigeria
Visa Validity
- Valid for not more than 90 days from the date of issuance
Permit Type and duration of Stay
- Single Entry. Visitors permit not exceeding 90 days

Permitted for Tourism purposes only

TRANSIT
Transit Visa- F3A
Transit Visa – F3A is for the passengers with onward ticket to the next destination

Eligibility
- Transit Passengers who have onward ticket to the next destination where entry is guaranteed and wish to enter Nigeria before proceeding on the onward journey.

- 1-7 days

- Transit Permit not exceeding 7 days
Permitted Activities
- Permitted to enter Nigeria for 1-7 days maximum
Restricted Activities
- Valid for single entry

Transit without Visa- F3B
F3B is for transfer/direct transit passengers not staying beyond 48 hours

F6A
F6A – Visiting (Multiple Entry) Visa is to visit Nigeria for the purpose of social visit to family and friends, based on reciprocity

Invitation letter from family/friend in Nigeria

Evidence of hotel reservation/host address in Nigeria

- Valid for not more than 90 days from the date of issuance

- Multiple Entry. Visitors Permit not exceeding 90 days per visit
Permitted Activities
- Permitted for social visit only

- Not permitted for work

F6B – Vising (Single Entry) Visa is to visit Nigeria for the purpose of social visit to family and friends
