Certified colour copies of Nigerian passports will be accepted for purposes of identification of Nigerians in South Africa.
Following a meeting of His Excellency, the Consul General of Nigeria to South Africa, Hon. Malik Ahmed Abdul, with the Department of Home Affairs (DHA) on the 20th of August, 2021, the Consulate General of Nigeria is pleased to announce that henceforth, certified colour copies of Nigerian passports will be accepted for purposes of identification of Nigerians in South Africa.
